Belive it or not, politics rule food and nutrition. Those in control, with the money and power, like to make the decisions of what we eat, how we eat, and when we eat. It is often difficult to sort through the politics to get to the truth and the Weston A. Price Foundation is a great place to start.

Local Updates

As you can see we are just getting started here in Austin. Dawn Luttrall has taken over as the Austin Regional Contact for the Weston A. Price Foundation. She is currently working on the website and on different programs, including a website for our new Raw Milk Clubs. For more information please see the Raw Milk Section.

Raw Milk?


Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to find and buy raw milk, and raw milk products, here in Central Texas (except cheese). If you would like to volunteer as we look for a way to remedy the situation please visit our Raw Milk Page for more information as well as updates.

Meetings
Currently we do not have any meetings planned but if we can find a location and if there is enough interest we can begin scheduling meetings and potlucks. The main purpose would be educational, as well as sharing our food resources. Anyone who would be interested in attending regular meetings (either on a monthly, bimonthly or quarterly schedule) please contact WAP Austin to express your interest.
